About Tim Bak
I am licensed to practice in California and Pennsylvania with over 30 years of experience. I specialize in real property transactions, corporate and business transactions and organization, business contractual and employment issues, and estate planning. I focus on representing small business owners and real estate investors, and assisting with their various legal needs. I am a sole practitioner and perform all work for my clients. I aim to be personable, reliable, and available.
Real property experience includes: purchase and sale, leasing, financing, property rights, and title issues.
Business experience includes: business organization and formation, equity interest sales, equity participation agreements, asset/business sales, employment agreements, personal property leasing and financing, commercial contracts, and licensing agreements.
Estate planning experience includes: counseling regarding available estate
planning devices and appropriate type of entity regarding existing estate plans, preparation of wills, living, insurance, and special needs trusts, powers of attorney, advance heralth directives, and formation and management of family limited partnerships/family limited liability companies.
When not

My wife and I are proud parents of two wonderful adult kids. We visit them and go on trips together.
We also support the work of the Autism Science Foundation through an event my wife and son organize called Share The Stage - a concert where neurodiverse musicians to collaborate with professional musicians from the Philadelphia region to create truly inclusive and inspiring performances!
